Open only one Ticket
Multiple tickets for the same issue slow the process. Help get your issue resolved faster by opening only one GCC ticket for your question.
Correspond with the GCC mailbox once
Copying the GCC mailbox on correspondence or email threads, does not help resolve the problem. When corresponding through email, keep a copy of assigned NokiaEDU experts and/or a GCC identified representative by their company e-mail address. The GCC e-mail address should be used only for your initial request for help.
