NokiaEDU utilizes a modern learning strategy that combines the convenience of technology-enabled learning with the practical, hands-on experience of classroom-based training.
• Instructor-Led Training (ILT): Provided at NokiaEDU Training Centers or customer locations, typically offering hands-on lab exercises emulating a real-life environment.
• Distance Learning/Virtual (VILT): Allows instructor facilitation over the Web for better time-management while reducing travel-related costs of training.
• Web-Based Training (WBT): Anywhere, anytime instruction delivered over the Internet. There are two primary models of Web-based instruction: synchronous (instructor-facilitated) and asynchronous (self-directed, self-paced).

If you are having difficulty accessing an e-learning module kindly verify the following:
• Learning & Development Hub account creation: Verify that you have an account to access the Learning & Development Hub. Follow the ICARE process that is located here.
• Course Payment: Verify payment for the course is complete. Nokia accepts Credit Cards( ONLY FOR US based CUSTOMERS), Purchase Orders, and Customer Contracts. Our customers should go through their Nokia contacts to enroll for training.
• Optimum Browser for access to the website: Nokia suggests that you use either Firefox or IE for best viewing.
• Customer internet access settings: Kindly verify your proxy settings to make sure that you can access the site outside the firewall. · If possible, attempt to access the URL with another browser.
• Application uses Single Sign On (SSO): Clear browser cache and then try to login in again.

Certification Programs

Nokia offers certifications in three technology areas, Nuage Networks, Optical Networks and Service Routing.

Yes, the Nuage Network, Optical Networks and Service Routing certifications are available to everyone.

To enroll in a computer-based test through Pearson VUE please follow Scheduling Your Exam at Pearson VUE

    2. Select the certification program that you interested in scheduling your exam.
    3. Select the exam and then click schedule exam.
    4.Pearson VUE login screen appears, new user needs to sign up for an account by selecting create a web account or existing Pearson VUE candidate can directly sign-in.
Login to Your Pearson VUE Account
    New users – Select Create Account
      1.Enter you first name, last name and Candidate ID(Student ID) in order to create your Pearson VUE registration account.
      Note: Candidates will only require to enter your Candidate ID when creating your Pearson VUE registration account.
    Existing Pearson VUE Account
      1. Log in using your username and password which you create during your first time login.
      2. Click on view exams to proceed to register for your exam through Pearson VUE.

The Learning Store

The Customer Learning Store (or Partner Learning Store) is your first point of entry for Nokia learning solutions. The Learning Store is a web-based application that will direct you to the most current and relevant learning offers.
You can browse content by technology, professional domain or certification paths. Another easy way to search is with a keyword.

For support, there is an User Guide available in the Learning Store for those who would like to "tour the store".

Yes, there is a mobile version available on the App Store and in Google Play.

Learning & Development Hub

More than just a learning management system, The Learning & Development Hub houses our full catalogue of Nokia product learning.

For Nokia Customers and Global Partners, the Nokia Learning & Development Hub is used to register, launch and view completed coursework.

The Learning & Development Hub is accessible from:

The Learning & Development Hub is accessible to all Nokia Customers and Global Partners who have been issued with a username and password

Please complete the attached form and return it to the Global Contact Center to initiate your letter of invitation. Your request will be processed and a reply provided within two to five business days.

The Learning & Development Hub can be accessed through The Learning Store's Mobile App, available on the App Store and Google Play. However not all training classes within the L&D Hub are available on your mobile device. Please check availability for specific courses through The Learning Store App.

Session Survey Upon Training Completion

This is a flexible survey and there are, in fact, several questions depending on your response to the initial question. If answering that your training was positive (Strongly Agree, Agree) then you are fee to offer your additional informal comments.
If your response is less than positive, you will be asked a few additional questions to help us improve the student learning experience. All responses to our session survey are very important to Nokia and we appreciate your feedback.

No, the link to the session survey can be used without logging in, and it is an anonymous process.

Students will receive two emails. The first survey notification is sent to you 6 hours before the end of a class, the email will contain the survey link. As a reminder, Nokia will send you one additional email 6 Days after the class ends, the link is again provided for your convenience. Please fill the survey out only once per class session.
We appreciate your taking the time to complete the survey promptly, the link will remain active for a period of 14 days.

Yes you can take the session survey with your mobile device, in addition if your smart device has a QR code reader, you can take the survey directly from the QR code or simply link from your email invitation.

No this has never been a prerequisite of NokiaEDU learning programs, certificates become available once a session is marked complete. You will need to make to be sure that you have your username and password to enter the Nokia Learning & Development Hub to retrieve your completion certificate.
