Nokia OUTstanding Leaders successfully completed the Nokia OUTstanding Leaders program. In the program we focus on: (1) Providing space for LGBT+ leaders to be safely out and visible, (2) Offering networking and mentoring opportunities for leaders at all levels as well as for emerging talents, (3) Bringing role models forward to highlight how career goals can be achieved when one decides to “come out” and, (4) Offering talent development and professional growth opportunities for LGBT+ members.
Earning Criteria
Nokia OUTstanding Leaders successfully completed the OUTstanding Leaders program. This comprises active participation in the OUTstanding Stretch workshop, followed by group project work for 6 months for presentation during OUTstanding Summit to Nokia Group Leadership Team members.
