The Nokia Quality Expert Yellow Belt is awarded to a person who has completed a graduated set of three curricula - first the Quality Practitioner curriculum, then the Quality Specialist curriculum, and finally the Quality Expert curriculum. Quality Experts are proficient in quality fundamentals, continuous improvement, problem-solving, and change management.
