CBAM Care Engineer

This certification acknowledges the competence of the Care Engineering for accurately and efficiently diagnosing and resolving field issues. The engineers holding this certification have accredited their experience with maintenance, support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting tasks for the Nokia CBAM product. The mandatory elements for completing this certification are a previous professional/level 3 certification in this area, a minimum of twenty-four months of Care Engagements Experience, Active participation in different channels of technical discussions, troubleshooting templates and L4 Certification Review Knowledge Sharing of a live session with assessment through the Community of Practice leads. Certified Nokia Care Engineers have validated their expertise with a minimum of six months experience handling CBAM Care Engagements, have completed a prior Level 3 CBAM Care Engineer certification, demonstrated their active participation in different channels of technical discussions, troubleshooting templates, and Continuous Improvement Knowledge Sharing of a live session with assessment through the Community of Practice leads.
