Earning Criteria
Certified Nokia Care Engineers have validated their expertise with a minimum of twenty-four months experience handling Home Location Register Care Engagements, have completed a prior Level 3 HLR Care Engineer certification, demonstrated their active participation in different channels of technical discussions, authoring sanitized artifact content on knowledge articles and troubleshooting templates, and Continuous Improvement Knowledge Sharing of a live session with assessment through the Community of Practice leads.
