Earning Criteria
Certified Nokia Care Engineers have validated their expertise with a minimum of twenty-four months experience handling Nokia TAS Care Engagements, have completed a prior Level 3 Nokia TAS Care Engineer certification, demonstrated their active participation in different channels of technical discussions, authoring sanitized artifact content on knowledge articles and troubleshooting templates, and Continuous Improvement Knowledge Sharing of a live session with assessment through the Community of Practice leads.
